TC TOTES is a female-owned business in the greater Grand Traverse area. We have been in operation since 2026 and are so happy to be a part of this community! Having moved eight times in our 30-year marriage, we know that our service can help people and families throughout our region have a smoother, stress-free moving experience!

TC TOTES was created in response to a need we saw in this region as it continues to grow at a rapid pace. We truly felt that offering this service could dramatically change the moving experience for people and families throughout the area. Having moved eight times myself, I know first-hand how stressful it can be, and I’m thrilled to be able to take away some of that stress for others.
My family and I are native Michiganders. While we are originally from the Metro Detroit area, we have been living in the Traverse City region since 2015. In that time, we have lived in a few different locations and have ultimately settled in the Lake Ann area. During our years here we have enjoyed exploring the diverse and beautiful Grand Traverse region and beyond.
One thing that most locals in this area can agree on is that it continues to grow rapidly. This growth includes people new to the area as well as people moving throughout the region. This trend makes our business a great resource to aid those who are moving throughout our area. There is no disputing that the process of moving is one of life’s most stressful events, and that’s where TC TOTES comes in! Our goal is to lessen the stress of making that move for as many people as possible!
Our goal at TC TOTES is to provide this essential service to those in need of it, without specializing on a specific demographic. As our business grows, we may explore ways we can highlight certain groups, such as seniors or college students.
